We had a 20 year old bathroom, a cramped European style laundry and no linen or broom cupboard – all located in the one area. It was time for a major revamp. Following a disappointing approach from one renovation company, we contacted BBK for a consultation. Garrett came and quickly came up with a creative approach that exceeded our expectations. Following the initial estimate, we decided to proceed with the work. The technical drawings were completed competently by Andrew who maintained very effective and clear communication with us during the process.

The building work then commenced very ably led by another Andrew who was not only very efficient but also very mindful of checking with us how we wanted things done, such as, location of towel rails, etc. Andrew, along with all the other tradespeople, were all courteous and respectful of our home and always left a tidy site at the end of each day. Being quite an extensive project, there was an occasional hiccough but, most importantly, these were addressed and rectified immediately by Garrett and his team.

The end result has been fantastic. We now have a beautiful bathroom, a terrific laundry and, best of all, stacks of storage which, given the thought and high quality work that has gone into them, will last a further 20 years.
