Having used BBK for firstly a bathroom/laundry/study and then a kitchen renovation we have found enduring satisfaction from their work. From the design to completion and review the projects were efficiently managed. Problems were addressed promptly and changes easily negotiated. The designer was through, patient and expert, the manager readily contactable, reliable and demanding of high standards and the tradespeople (up to 17) accomplished and considerate. Both renovations were completed by the deadlines.
