From start to finish our experience with BBK was a very positive one! The planning stage with Garrett was given considerable time so that we were able to make informed decisions regarding design and materials. We made many changes throughout this process and when our plans were finalised we were very happy with decisions made. Garrett’s knowledge and expertise were invaluable throughout this process as he came up with some terrific solutions to our problem areas. Throughout the build, which included all wet areas/kitchen and internal structural work, we were kept well informed and all efforts were made to inconvenience us as little as possible so that we were able to remain in our home throughout the 4 month process. Glen, our supervising builder was on site everyday and maintained high standards in his work and that of all other trades. He ensured that our home was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. On the couple of occasions I was dissatisfied by the work done by a trade, my concerns were addressed immediately and rectified to the satisfaction of all. I would not hesitate in recommending BBK to anyone interest in updating their property.
