To the team at “Better Bathrooms and Kitchens”, Thank you all for the wonderful job you have done renovating my very small ensuite. It has been transformed into something quite wonderful. My first point of contact was with your designer Karen, she was able to guide and advise the best path forward in transforming the space. Her expertise and help with choosing fittings, from tiles, to vanity, shower and tap ware that will last a lifetime, was invaluable. The work commenced exactly on time, and throughout I was kept informed by Luke so I knew what was happening each day. Garrett was also very customer centric, and kept in touch throughout the project. Thank you also to Carolyn who ensured all fittings and materials were delivered on time for the commencement of the project. After only 3 short weeks the project was completed to a very high standard, and I am thrilled with the result. The tradies always turned up on time and were very polite, the tiler even worked his magic over a weekend. In a time where customer service can often seem to be a thing of the past, you have all certainly dispelled that myth. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Better Bathroom & Kitchens to anybody seeking to transform their Bathroom into a space of function and beauty.
